Systems Engineer
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Systems Engineer, to join our high-performance team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you are responsible for providing technical support on all server-related activities at hardware and OS level, as well as during network equipment installations and hardware replacements.
An important aspect of the role would be the performance of hardware installations, upgrades, replacements of servers. There is also a requirement to perform installation of routers, firewalls, networking equipment and backup tape libraries. There is also involvement in providing technical support services to SMBs and MNCs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have,
- a Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
- minimum of 2 years related experience
- conversant knowledge of TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, LAN and WAN
- strong experience in Microsoft environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Exchange, IIS, etc)
- MCSE certification or Linux certification preferable
- good knowledge of anti-virus software, Firewall solution and Backup solution
- excellent presentation & communication skills
- good interpersonal skills in working with and managing customer
- good discipline, hardworking attitude and able to perform under pressure
