Systems Technician
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Systems Technician, to join our high-performance team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you are responsible for the installation, configuration and setup of both enterprise hardware systems and software, such IBM AS400, IBM AIX server, Sun server and Wintel server. Specialized training will be provided.
An important aspect of the role would be the performance of customization work in accordance to customers’ requirements as well as integration work of the implemented system to other systems available in customer environments. There is also involvement in doing documentation of user manuals, system configurations and more as well as providing training to customers and partners on new solutions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have,
- minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / NTC / Diploma / Professional Certification
- ITE graduates in Computer/Networking field are welcome to apply
- experience & interest in basic Installation, configuration of servers
- experience in hardware troubleshooting will be given priority
- experience in PC assembly & trouble-shooting
- able to perform basic documentation of system configuration
- ability to work Independently and learn new skills while on the job
- very good Initiative and team player
